Return Policy
MBFK allows the return of any standard inventory product purchased online or via telephone order directly from MBFK within 30 days of the original transaction date providing all items are free of damage caused by the Customer after delivery of the product to the Customer.
ALL SPECIAL ORDER SALES ARE FINAL. We appreciate our customers' unique tastes and style preferences and we will do everything in our power to ensure your special design meets all of your specific requirements and we manufacture your special order item to your satisfaction, including electronic proofing of all final design work. Due to the nature of manufacturing of our products, We are unable to guarantee your 100% satisfaction with the exact details of the design and final construction. Although, We do guarantee 100% satisfaction with our quality and workmanship of all products sold and we package our products to ensure damage-free shipping. Due to the nature of our product design and manufacturing, We do not allow returns for any item which is not a standard inventory item in stock at the time of purchase.
In order to return any item, the Customer must 1) contact Us at any of the contact information available on our website(s) or by submitting an online contact form and selecting "Return Request" as the "Area of Interest" and 2) receive a Return Authorization email from Us with all return instructions. Any Return Request not allowed by MBFK will receive a Declined Return Authorization email with an explanation.
Shipping and Delivery
At this time, MBFK ships products to all 50 U.S. states. The risk of loss and damage during shipping transfers to the Customer upon delivery of the properly packaged product to the shipping carrier. Any claims of loss or damage must be negotiated between the Customer and the carrier. All shipping and delivery charges are due payable by the Customer at the time of purchase and will be passed on directly to the carrier by Us.
Responsibility for all shipping and delivery charges for allowed Returns are as follows: any order with a Return Authorization issued by MBFK will have an explanation of shipping charge responsibility clearly stated in the Return Authorization email.
MBFK is responsible for all return shipping charges on returns due to a) defects in quality or workmanship, b) incorrect product shipped, or c) any other reason which We agree to take responsibility.
The Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges on returns due to a) change of heart, b) product switch, or c) any other customer-originated reason for return.
